Learn To BBQ

Class is scheduled for Saturday January 28th in Fallbrook, CA. Weather permitting. Class will be limited to 12 students. Class will be all day as I take you through all steps from starting up the Pit, prepping the meat with both dry and wet rubs. Smoking the meat and then slicing and pulling the finished BBQ.

Cost for the class will be $175 per student, couples $300. This will include coffee and homemade bake-goods for breakfast. Their will be BBQ for lunch and cold drinks during the day. Class starts early 7 am fire up the pit, meat will start to go in the Pit by 8 am.

You will learn how to prep and smoked the following meats:

• Pork spare ribs
• Pork butt / shoulder for pulled pork
• Beef brisket
• Whole smoked turkeys n chickens
• Also smoked Italian sausage and all beef hot-dogs
• Learn how to make your own BBQ sauce and rubs

Besides learning how to smoked great BBQ each participant will receive:

• 1 pair of insulated BBQ gloves included (valued at $11)
• 1 set of Bear Paws for pulling pork and chicken (valued at $15)

You will learn in one day what I have learned from years of BBQ and grilling meats. ** Please make your 50% none refundable deposit out to Holy Smokes BBQ. The remaining balance needs to be paid in full 14 days prior to the class date, or you can bring the balance in cash the day of class.

Cancellation Terms: If you must cancel your participation in the class, a written request for cancellation must be sent to Holy Smokes BBQ. Upon receipt of such request, the refund shall be based on the following:

• 1 month or longer prior to the class 50% of the Booking Fee will be refunded.
• 13 days prior to the class: 100% of the Booking Fee is non-refundable.
• 7 days prior to the event 50 % of all monies paid plus 100 % of the Booking Fee are non-refundable.
• 48 hours or less 100 % of monies paid are non-refundable.
